Are you open to commissions?

Yes, I am open to commissions. If you need an official portrait or work similar to a piece I have done, feel free to reach out and we can discuss the possibility of me creating what you have envisioned.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however, due to the logistics of shipping internationally, you will have to reach out to me and I can create a custom shipping quote for you based on your location. The “check out” feature is set up for US deliveries only at this time.

How does shipping a painting work?

I have a built-in feature that takes all the measurements of the piece and creates a real-time shipping quote. I ship the paintings in either an Air Float Art Box from FedEx or something similar. The painting will be excessively protected. To prepare and package the piece for shipping, I will mail it within 3-5 days after purchase. I will email you the tracking number once it is in the mail.

How does shipping a print work?

Depending on the size of the print, it will ship either in a rigid mailer (for smaller pieces), or a tube (for larger pieces). The tube is the safest way to ship larger prints but the print will need a bit of time to flatten out after being removed from the tube. All prints are signed/numbered and are put in a sealed archival plastic sleeve to ensure there is no moisture or dust in contact with the print.

Do you have any advice for young aspiring artists?

I still have a lot to learn, but I have also learned a lot along the way. Being a professional painter is a multifaceted endeavor that requires a tremendous amount of grit. When I was just starting, I emailed a lot of painters I admired at the time asking for advice. I hope to be able to return the favor to other young aspiring artists who are trying to navigate the choppy waters. My email is always open for those who are seeking (just don’t get discouraged if I take a while to respond! I want to make sure I have the time to respond deeply instead of rushing through it.)
